My role as a Technical Consultant for CI Precision was within the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) division of the business. Some of my main responsibilities are: ● Provide Computer Systems Validation consultancy to high profile companies.● Delivering hardware and system software technology to customers using standard procedures.● Installation of Validation and Production IT environments for our bespoke MES products.● Integrate with customer ERP systems such as JDE & SAP via software interfaces i.e. web services & file transfer protocol.● Perform business process review and a variety of supporting documentation for installation, configuration, functional specifications and reporting.● Advise and train customers on Ci-DMS software & hardware at customer sites worldwide.● Provide Project management support.● Produce technical documentation for installation and product configuration.● Responsible for writing and performing IQ, OQ, PQ test scripts, Validation plans and reports.

Diagnose and visit users to resolve issues with laptops, desktops, PDA’s, Smartphones, VoIP phone, Scanners, Printers, Plotters, and computer related peripherals. Account management using AD, Microsoft Exchange administration.
