As the relationship manager for the ICBA, I provided loan opportunities to community banks, asked for referrals and positioned marketing campaigns, assisting these member banks with increased lease/loan activity from their customers and community. Acted as the account manager for Dell’s K12 sales division for Chicago Public Schools, working with Dell Managed Services for all the service delivery and installations of equipment. Lead weekly team calls of the virtual team supporting Chicago Public Schools while continuing weekly participation in the regional North Central team call with the Regional Sales Manager.

Prepared and created graphics and design layouts for golf scorecards and campground brochures. All work created on an Apple Macintosh computer utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Quark Xpress. All art copy/layout prepared, saved to tape and sent by internet and fedex to the printer/publisher.
