Provided strategic advice and support to the Associate Deputy Minister leading the Supply Chain Transformation Project. Liaised across numerous areas of government to help facilitate decision-making around the build-out of a governance structure to oversee the Supply Ontario agency’s operations.

As a Senior Policy Advisor in the Ontario Cabinet Office, I helped established an arms-length government agency, Supply Ontario, through a new regulation under the Supply Chain Management Act, 2019.Working in a small team, we secured start-up funding from the Treasury Board Secretariat and Management Board of Cabinet, working with three Ministries (Health, Government and Consumer Services, and Economic Development) to reach consensus on the business case.I participated in the developed and implementation of several key foundational corporate governance mechanisms for the agency.

Promoted to Senior Program Transformation Analyst and continued to work on the design and implementation of economic development programs that help Ontario companies invest and grow.

As Program Transformation Analyst in the Ministry of Economic Development, Job Creation and Trade, I worked on program design and operations, supporting the Ministry's broader Open for Jobs Blueprint (OJB) and aiming to establish a new approach for Ontario's business support programs.

As a Business Advisor in Investment Outreach team, I managed over 200 incoming investment files and serviced clients as part of a Foreign Direct Investment Attraction program, which in 2018, resulted in over $11.4M in investment and created over 100 new jobs.I coordinated large-scale national and international events, planned custom investor tours to promote Ontario, and generated new investment leads.

Summer Company is a program funded by the Ontario government that provides seed money to students in High School, College, and University, to start their own business over the summer. As a Program Coordinator I helped support 55 startups throughout the summer. I designed and implemented the Summer Company marketing and communications plan. ADaPT is a work-integrated learning (WIL) program that aims to bridge the skills gap between students and recent graduates, and industry. I implemented the marketing and communications plan and fostered relationships with internal and external partners, stakeholders, faculty members, and program participants. I worked collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and effective delivery of over 40 skills development workshops, and maintained various administrative tasks.

As the Project and Communications Assistant at the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario I engaged with stakeholder and the public at conferences and events across the Province on accessibility and inclusion. I gathered and analyzed feedback and co-authored a report to present key findings and provide recommendations for future public outreach strategies.

As an administrative assistant for CESO International, I wrote reports for various projects, planned, and organized administrative work. I prepared marketing and outreach materials, and acted as a first point of contact in the Toronto office.
