Interaction with all Category leads (specifically Hardlines team) to help identify potential new licensees.Manage contract lifecycle for licensing and promotional contracts from deal memo to final execution. This includes entering and processing all deals through License Maestro, tracking deals through the contract process and auditing signed contracts before final execution to enable smooth facilitation between the contract and cash collection.Coordinate and chair all contract / legal approval and status meetings.Maintain and provide management reports on contract data and metrics, including current and expiring contracts.Daily interaction with all stakeholders (Legal, Category, Credit, Accounting, external licensees) to provide contract analysis and data.Other duties as assigned.
