As strategy director, her work helped the agency win its first Cannes Lion award, a Bronze Lion for Rebranding in the Design category at the Cannes Lions 2020/2021. Her work also won ADC Best of Discipline, LIA silver, Cresta silver, ADC*E bronze, a Red Dot, and is included in the permanent collection of the Poster House Museum in NY. She is a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Zagreb, where she defended her doctoral thesis focused on green marketing innovation, brand identification, and brand relationship outcomes.
