Campsite representative for luxury camping (glamping tents) in naturist camp. Check-ins, check-outs, communication with the guests and general maintenance. Responsible for 30 glamping tents with max. occupation of 150 guests. Seasonal work.

- responsible for promo materials and Valamar +Club brand- creating marketing campaigns in CRM department related to loyalty programme (e-mail marketing, events, vouchers)- creating queries and marketing lists in CRM and BI- creating creatives (design, content, visuals)- testing campaigns, programmes, SQLs- campaign analysis - checking the quality of program implementation in the accommodation units- holding educations and presentations to the receptionists regarding the loyalty programme- GDPR coordinator- other (updating SOP, terms & conditions, administrative work etc.)

- Communication with suppliers- Ordering for 80 supermarkets- Assisting with procurement activities- Monitoring competition

Taking care of mobile homes and campsite reservations, price control, charging deposits, and payment returns, as well as communication with guests.

Communication with consumers, market research, introducing new products to consumers, sorting products.

Student's summer job

As an ICX team member I was tasked with finding suited internship for exchange students and suitable student that met criteria of employer.I also held presentation talks to find high school students interested in participating in AIESEC's project "Svijet na dlanu" which was about entrepreneurship, innovations, multiculturality and other soft skills they would want to improve or gain.
