Current• We work for International and Bilingual Schools, A Level Schools, IB Schools, Kindergarten to K12 recruitment of qualified International Teachers. Also, work for private sector in finding them the candidates for their departments such as sales, reception, marketing etc., • Responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment from initial contact to offer signatures • Managed the process of applicant follow-up which included interview results, client correspondence, and full salary and benefit negotiations• Framed the Job Description for every opening as per the client's values and benefits provided by them• Experience handling the company-based CRM – Teachdeme to find the matching candidate and track the progression of the candidates with respect to the open positions. I was also involved in providing feedback to the development team on further improvisation to the CRM that’s user friendly and more reliable. • Responsible for business development of new clients through relationship management, referrals, and cold calling• Daily computer skills include Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word.• Also involved in Update, post, provide web design for business websites and blogs• As a part of working team, we organize job fairs every year. I was involved in posting advertisement to the local social media and reach the target candidates to attend the job fair
