Also, work for private sector in finding them the candidates for their departments such as sales, reception, marketing etc., • Responsible for the entire cycle of recruitment from initial contact to offer signatures • Managed the process of applicant follow-up which included interview results, client correspondence, and full salary and benefit negotiations• Framed the Job Description for every opening as per the client's values and benefits provided by them• Experience handling the company-based CRM – Teachdeme to find the matching candidate and track the progression of the candidates with respect to the open positions.
