About Soobin Oh
I work towards creating an education system that reflects the strength and genius of our youngest children. I work alongside administrators, educators, policymakers, families, and children in this endeavor. In my free time, I am pursuing my doctoral degree, and I am a parent to the queen of my heart, my daughter. I was a teacher for over 15 years and draw my pedagogical inspiration from the pre-primary schools and infant/toddler centers of Reggio Emilia. My research interests include teacher identity and voice, the ethics of early childhood policy, and social justice education. I believe that we are doing some of the most important work in the world as we work with children and families in the most critical stages of their lives.
