Food + Future ColLab is a collaboration between MIT Media Lab, IDEO, and Target, identifying new market spaces in the food industry and demonstrating possible outcomes. Led design research for product prototypes including: biosensor wearable technology, a hydroponic tea trike, and a delivery dinner party in a box to facilitate group cooking and conversation.

Founder and co-owner of Canteen + Co., a Farm-to-Bowl meal concept with a focus on clean food + community. Launched a prototype series of supper clubs + CSA-inspired lunch program in the greater Boston area. Worked closely with small local farmers and vendors, served over 200 bowls weekly, and gained a dedicated following of health and community conscious customers.

Program manager for Nibble, The Somerville Arts Council's food programming arm focused on promoting cultural conversation through food. Collaborated with immigrant women to host pop-up restaurants and cooking classes. Developed content and organized logistics for the city's first culinary entrepreneurship workshop series.
