WAFFLE was a independently owned coffee house that started in the March lockdown. I found out about the job on social media. Whilst working there it became clear that a management role was necessary for me. This role became full on relatively quickly. Many of my duties were; running the day-to-day ongoings, writing rotas, taking care of other staff members, doing daily stock checks and weekly ordering, keeping the social media accounts up to date and handling cash/end of day till reports.
