- Created a "Tour Press Master Database" that combined publicity and radio relations contacts for the first time, organized by state and type of outlet in order to:1) save and utilize time wisely, shortening the amount of time spent on researching outlets/contacts 2) better maintain relationships with those that we've already or frequently contacted 3) avoid mistakes, such as separately pitching two radio stations that have the same Programming Director 4) increase the net volume of information within the firm, to include Hot Seat Studio radio station contacts - Such database was created as an independent project, with no outside guide or directive- Such database boasts information from: 34 states, over 260 cities, and over 780 radio/print contacts For Publicity:- Produced, pitched, and schedules interviews with major print, radio, and TV outlets for clients- Worked on-site to facilitate press/media outlets at live events, such as the City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game and the Country Music Television (CMT) Awards- Assisted in creating press releases and boiler plates for various clients- Promoted non-music clients (corporate clients) such as the Country Music Cruise and Flower Power Cruise at live events- Compiled and organized interview requests for major artists, categorizing such requests by type of outlet, time urgency, and readership of the outlet.For Radio Relations: (Hot Seat Studios)- Pitched "The Pickup," our syndicated country video news series to radio stations to be showcased on their website- Worked directly with Head of the Department of Radio Relations to reach the goal of 200 stations featuring "The Pickup"- Added hundreds of contacts and contact information, including addresses, phone numbers, and type of radio station (CDX, Music Row, Monitored, etc.), aside from the Master Database- Updated the contact information for over 400 contacts
