- Handle a high volume of phone and digital queries from Afterpay business account holders (merchants)
- Handle multiple payment cases simultaneously in an efficient manner
- Setup and modify existing merchant accounts for Afterpay ready transactions
- Investigate, manage, and resolve escalated and complex customer payments queries in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Provide support to the Customer Service team for escalated complaints, where first level resolution team members have not been able to resolve
