• Process workers compensation checks for Sedgwick. • Use Universal Client software to print headers for each PO box. Scan checks every morning using a scanner that prints a number (DCN) on the page. Resolve problems when it doesn’t work correctly.• Use programs DCNQC (flipping through the pages to make sure DCN changes when it should), and ScanQC (make sure paperwork is in order with the right stamps, and do re-scans) to get it where we can key the claim # and info on the checks.• After all data entry completed, use Check Sort program to print DB sheets. Staple those to the checks and organize them by DB#.• Software generates the end of day log of items to print. Staple non-OSS with DB sheets. Manually verify all bulk OSS have been printed, check each item off on the log during verification. Obtain supervisor sign off of logs. Package outgoing material in appropriate FedEx box. Take box to dock or Outbound. Compose and send email listing quantities for each destination, voids and any other exceptions to team and supervisor. • Use Inspector program to see what stage everything is in, check errors, etc.

• Pick orders to send to production for them to manufacture medicine with stand up reach truck. Pick raw material for them to sample as well.• Store “work in progress” production returns in the warehouse and throw production’s trash away.• Transfer Finished Product from plastic pallet to wood ones, wrap on wrap machine, and load them on truck or stage them to be shipped out.• Make parents for different items on pallet, check parents, wrap, and load them on truck to clear out the warehouse.• Cycle count locations for inventory count.

• Case picker – Build pallets to fulfill specific order instructions and deliver to wrap machine, to be shipped out. Solve problems with computer system inventory.• Pick full pallets and put them in staging lanes for loaders • Put away product that comes in on trucks and move pallets to storage locations throughout the warehouse• Temporary assignment June 2021 to go to Bowling Green DHL. Used Stand Up Forklift to load/ unload trucks, and fix pallets rejected by automation.

• Unloader – Unload trucks on the McLane dock using Stand-up Forklift, single and double pallet jacks. Calculate number of pallets and layers of each item required. Move and slip boxes to match order. Place finished pallets in rows for receivers. Coordinate with McLane receivers and forklift drivers as needed. Usually unload trucks independently; certain loads are coordinated with teammates. • Full Case Selector – Pick items at seasonal McLane site in Lexington to be shipped out. Use double pallet jack and scanner, build the pallets, and place them on the dock for the loaders.

• Prepare the concession stands in Rupp Arena for events by bringing up supplies from the warehouse room. During events, take them more supplies as needed. Taking trash and cardboard out during and after events.• Use carts and pallet jack to move things around. Use radio to communicate with others in the warehouse department, and use keys to get around the Arena.• When we receive more inventory, put it in the warehouse room.

• Perform a variety of inventory duties including counting bins on RF guns for GEODIS and counting them for the customer. • Use pallet jack to move pallets when items are reassigned to new bins.• Audit items pickers pick, before sending them to pack. Pick the items they forgot to, and put back extra items they picked.

• Perform a variety of tasks associated with fulfillment of Amazon.com orders including verification of inventory, detection of damaged/defective products and mislabeled inventory, maintaining storage bin integrity, etc.• Picking: Selecting items that have been ordered from storage bins, and forwarding them to pack department• Relocating inventory to different bins to optimize efficiency

• Tested the air content, slump, and temperature of the concrete prior to specific jobs. Did moisture tests and gradations on the course and fine aggregate. Completed paperwork for PDOT loads and answered phones. Calibrated air pots, water meters in trucks and plant, and aggregate and cement scales. • Test the strength ensuring concrete meets the PDOT and mix design requirements• Ensure the production of quality products within agreed upon specifications (ASTM, ASHTO, PTM)

• Accountable for quality control in lab and field (moisture tests, gradations, breaking cylinders, trial batches, set tests). • Helped prepare for and ran the “Week of Concrete” event for approximately 75 attendees. Assisted with employer demonstrations on stamping, staining, and epoxy coating. Helped stamp a slab, and performed vertical stamping on a wall. Applied water-based stain to a floor and polished a concrete countertop. Made an event sample to show use of a decorative epoxy coating.
