This allowed us to build a robust HPC environment with a low initial capital investment. He has led the way in implementing Devops to support automatic autoscaling to the cloud for the HPC environment, and was able to then introduced this approach to the rest of IT. Teague has an ability to build and deploy scientific software and tools to support research projects from exploratory research all the way through process development. Although Teague is an “IT” professional, he has become an integral part of our Scientific Research Teams. While doing all this, he was also effective in growing and managing the Scientific Computing Practice at and team at BioMarin to meet the exponential growth in the demand for these services at BioMarin. It was truly a pleasure working with Teague over the last 5 years."
