 Managing of the work of the project personnel to ensure the safety standards in accordance with the rules and regulations, uninterrupted equipment operations, compliance with sanitary, technical and fire safety requirements;
 Maintaining HSE standards in the company, taking lead in all low to high risk incident investigations within the company;
 Leading role in Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 22001, ISO 14001) working group to ensure effective implementation of standards and procedures on the project sites;
 Organization of the work in compliance with contract obligations to achieve client satisfaction;
 Monitor and report on project progress, invoicing, and budgeting directly to CEO;
 Responsible for monthly KPI reports, annual BPR and various statistical reports.
