My role here focused on supporting people with health issues and disabilities.Program inductions, one to one assessments, monitoring client progress, providing support on job applications, running high activity days, accompanied clients to various venues including job fairs, employer induction days and interviews, monitoring clients wellbeing and making appropriate referrals, attending job fairs/centres and creating presentations.

Liaising with employers, Sourcing of training and Job opportunities, Arranging group activities, screen matching clients to employment opportunities, Arranging employer days and Job Fairs, marketing the project and interview practices with clients.

Engaging with employers, stakeholder management, liaising with service users, running employability and employer specific workshops.
