I currently lead our Financial Crimes Task Force which is a team of talented detectives and civilian investigators that strive to protect our citizens from scams, frauds, and other financial losses. I previously served as the law enforcement accreditation manager. My team was responsible for maintaining the agency's accredited status with the Commission for Accreditation of Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA), the Commission for Florida Law Enforcement Accreditation (CFA), and the Communications CALEA program.I previously served in the Neighborhood Services Unit within the Public Affairs Division of the Sheriff's Office. I was responsible for representing the agency at various community events, working on problem-solving initiatives that affect citizens' quality of life, and establishing and maintaining partnerships in the community.I also serve in the Aviation Section as a part-time Tactical Flight Officer.
