I have been involved in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industry since 2004, in the following positions, and have decided to use my knowledge within a Community of like minded Individuals to further expand my Small Business and help others (pay it forward): Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Investor, Private Money Acquisition and Underwriting, Commercial Property Analyst, New Development Feasibility Studies / Market Analysis, General Contractor, Coach and Mentor.My Company leads a personal Team of over 130 Educated Real Estate Investors Nationwide, collaborates with an additional 900 plus Educated Real Estate Investors Nationwide (grows by the week) and is now a Member of a newly formed Company which will be providing pre-vetted Investment Quality Real Estate to Institutional Investors, Funds and REITs as well as resources to our Educated Community Members.Bottom line is I love what I do, I love being a part of a Nationwide Community of like minded Entrepreneurs and most importantly, I love being able to help others achieve their goals and dreams.We all have choices if life in the USA...some people don't recognize the choice...some people are afraid of the choice and some people try, fail and then give up instead of learning forward.
