About Team Fox San Francisco Bay Area
We are a community who runs, hikes, bikes and cocktails to raise funding for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research so that we can speed new treatments and, ultimately, find a cure for PD. TEAM FOX'S HISTORY:Founded in the Fall of 2012, the Team Fox Professionals of San Francisco/Bay Area are a group of individuals committed to raising funds and awareness of Parkinson’s research alongside of the Michael J. Fox Foundation. We host both Spring and Fall fundraising events, in addition to social functions throughout the year.Parkinson’s disease has directly affected most of our members with a family member or loved one battling the illness. Other members also closely work with the Parkinson’s population or are involved in Parkinson’s research. ”When we find a cure for Parkinson’s – and we will – it won’t be because of any single person.
