I was basically a one man revenue generating machine. Clients migrated to me as their chief engineer. I wrote support articles published by Cisco and RightFax (formerly Captaris) for previously unresolved issues and provided out of the box solutions on a daily basis. I worked as a project manager on several tasks over the years. Office politics ended this relationship. It was for the best and since I started my own company I never have to hear clients tell me they don't understand the bill or all the overages from other techs when I fixed it in five minutes. Everyone is happier all around. I was always told a great leader is defined not by his abilities, but by his ability to identify and surround their self with other great leaders. There have been some incredible leaders at I-Tech, but that was a long time ago. I wish them the best in future endeavors.

We were located at Church Street Station upstrairs across from Olive Garden. I cooked on an open grill in front of the customers. I had the priviledge of working under a top chef from Alaska. I designed entree's, food and wine menus and choices, and table settings. I also made food orders and cut entire fish and beef sides. My most popular dish was Oysters Rockefeller with roasted red peppers. Other popular choices were Parmesan Encrusted Chilean Sea Bass with a Pastacio Lime Butter, Creme en Glaze, Lobster Bisque, and Gorganzola capped Filet and port wine reduction demi glace. Unfortunately Hells Kitchen showed me food was not where I wanted to retire. My girlfriend at the time encouraged me to go back to school where I took placement tests and got into computers where I found my knack in life.
