• Provided Sales Support to the Business Partner Alliance (G/MSI) Sales team by managing the technical support process. This involved establishing a Document of Understanding Support Agreement for the Business Partners with IBM’s internal support organization, providing reports, development of technical support document and assistance as needed to the IBM Business Partner Alliance Sales team. • Managed the eligible Part List process for an IBM Business Partner Incentive Offering (SVI). This involved analyzing, problem determination, creating, and distributing the eligible Part Number list to Subject Matter Experts worldwide. • Managed Software Claims process for one of IBM’s Business Partner Program offerings (ICSF). This involved interfacing with several teams to track status of claims to be paid and provide a monthly report to finance. • Coordinated the Manual Payment load submissions for an IBM Business Partner Incentive Offering (SVI) worldwide. This involved auditing submissions received from all geographies for accuracy and confirming information was correctly loaded into payment system. • Received an Informal Award for the successful completion of 5 Global System Integrator Contracts and renewals.

• Managed vendor relationships and budgets for Ketchum Communications (MarCom plans) and Industry Direct Limited (IDL) (Strategic/Market Planning workshops) for the IBM Alliances organization.• Received an Informal Award for the planning and assistance with development of the Alliances website.

• Received and Informal and a General Manager’s Award for the successful coordination and management of 6 Java Conferences held within 8 months, of which 2 were in Europe. The conference maintained a customer satisfaction ratio average of 95%.• Established need assessments in Lotus Notes enablement, problem determination and trouble shooting for the Channel Sales Organization.
