Recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for Altogether Home. Also provided Chief Financial Officer services for Bing Innovations, and FloorForce, LLC on a cost allocation basis to add revenue to Altogether Home. Served as the Director of Accounts Payable and Business Process Reengineering for Fortune 50 Grocery Retailer. Focused on integrating financial functionality with business areas and technology to deliver measurable benefits. Managed staff of over 400 personnel. Managed the reengineering of the Accounts Payable function, created and executed a strategy to reorganize the Distribution Accounting Function, responsible for SOX compliancy in Accounts Payable, sponsored the design of a supplier portal and successfully led three Six Sigma projects.

 Assisted in managing and implementing RF-driven Warehouse Management system and supply chain revamp. Project required a change management process which addressed all levels from the executive level to the warehouse floor. As a VP for a $100M Distribution Company managed an associate staff over 25 responsible for all aspects of accounting, finance, two payroll departments and human resources for multiple legal entities under the Armellini Umbrella. Implemented forecasting and budgeting processes, and process improvements to reduce costs while increasing efficiency in reporting of financial information in a timely manner. Worked with Operations to implement cost accounting procedures and practices. Responsible for implementing new financial systems. Implemented new budgeting practices, reduced all close cycles by two-thirds, and reduced external auditor expense through the implementation of new accounting policies and procedures.
