Hello, my name is Teara Cooper, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Government at the University of Texas at Austin. I have gained hands-on experience in both wet and dry laboratory techniques through a fellowship during my freshman year, as well as a specialized biochemistry lab course. My primary research interest lies in oncology as well as immunology, and I am driven by a commitment to advancing cancer research and treatment. I aspire to contribute to the field as a research oncologist at the FDA, where I hope to make meaningful strides in improving cancer therapies and patient care.
