Valeree’ was hired by Cox Enterprise over nine years ago after working successfully with Spherion Temporary Agency. As the Database Supervisor/Trainer, Valeree’ is charged with evaluating and managing the data processing systems as well as coordinating all aspects of data entry. Valeree’ also is charged with Training HR Contacts across the country for corporate pre-employment backgrounds checks for the Cox Media Group Division.Valeree’ is a seasoned Database Supervisor/Trainer with extensive organization and leadership experience. Valeree’ has been extremely successful in administering, maintaining, developing, and implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the company access control database. Valeree’ continues to resolves database performance issues, database capacity issues, replication, and other distributed data issues. Most recently, Valeree’ implemented an auditing program of all data entry for the badging/ID process. To date, she has conducted over 165 audits in 3 years. The auditing program for 2009 to date has yielded over 387 minor/major discrepancies. Valeree’ is responsible for evaluating and managing the data processing systems and writing operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy, and security. The most recent audit implemented is the audit of the Access Control into the Corporate 4 Tier Data Center access increasing the level of authorization for access from manager to director while maintaining a quarterly update of those director approvers.Specialties: .
