• Frame key decisions and business impact for Steering Committee review and approval in support of the transition of the 12 SAP operating companies to a SUS platform
• Document workarounds to perform work done in SAP to fit a centralized SUS environment
• Initiate frequent communication with SBS, Corporate, and OpCo Senior leadership to communicate important or sensitive information as appropriate
• Support the Sysco Business Services Commercial Services transactional teams as appropriate with cutover readiness, dual maintenance, and deployment tasks

• Responsible for assuring the timely and accurate implementation of contract specifications into SAP/Vistex
• Research within SAP/Vistex to identify the root cause of discrepancies between customer rebates and payments in addition to reconciling customer payments against system accruals
• Create disputes and claims for processing valid exceptions and discrepancies resulting from technical defects and post implementation contractual adjustments
• Perform analysis to determine if appropriate rebate requirements have been met by extracting, compiling and manipulating SAP data table information into a single application (MS Excel)
• Initiate and Lead peer to peer training with fellow team members regarding the accessing and understanding of various reports and prepare clear and concise summary communication sent to both external and internal users
• Provide guidance to fellow (current and new) team members to ensure Customer rebate contracts are interpreted and implemented consistently across the customer rebates team
