• Identify and document risks and gaps in centralizing SUS Profit Management work at SBS• Utilize Visio to document current (decentralized) state and future (centralized) state of SUS (AS400) Profit Management processes for two pilot operating companies• Frame key decisions and business impact for Steering Committee review and approval in support of the transition of the 12 SAP operating companies to a SUS platform• Document workarounds to perform work done in SAP to fit a centralized SUS environment• Initiate frequent communication with SBS, Corporate, and OpCo Senior leadership to communicate important or sensitive information as appropriate• Support the Sysco Business Services Commercial Services transactional teams as appropriate with cutover readiness, dual maintenance, and deployment tasks• Validate the accuracy of converted data from the SAP to AS400 environment• Review supplier disputes and determine root cause of issue
