Transformational shifts are happening in schools and organisational cultures around the world right now. I am incredibly fortunate to be able to play a role in this. As a facilitator and coach, I support individuals and teams to develop open, reflective and collaborative ways of working. I work with teachers and school leaders to provide tools to transform classrooms, schools and leadership teams into places where deep learning, connection and humble inquiry thrive. I am a highly experienced school leader, management consultant, coach, educator and researcher. I have held previous pedagogical and well-being senior leadership positions in a variety of international settings and am proud to have consistently helped to build innovative, outstanding schools, supportive relationships and powerful educational visions. PhD student at University of Bath researching evidence of school 'impact' (currently deferred).
