Duties for HR Mini Master Custodian for the SAP Authorization Framework (Matrix) process– user access for SAP GT; Maintain Timesheet in SAP HR – activity type and cost centers for users; Maintain the Release Strategy; Run daily and monthly reports; Capture and maintain activity type price planning (rates)Duties for Vendor Master Create new vendors in SAP across all organisation; Maintain vendor details in existing vendors; Custodian for the One Time Vendor process; Extend existing vendors to different purchasing organizations and company codes; Run monthly reports

Create and implement a sustainable data stewardship strategy & vision for improving the quality and reliability of information within the business.Define, articulate and implement a robust data stewardship management process & data quality measurement criteria.Define and articulate the scope of business areas, subject areas and databases that are critical to our business in terms of managing the quality of data as well as the information about that data (i.e. metadata).Identify, document, assess the impact & root causes of new and potential data quality issues; continuously monitor data quality of business critical data.Regularly reviewing and prioritizing data quality issues with assistance from key business and IT stakeholders.Maintaining the metadata hub with accurate and up-to-date data definitions, business rules, data lineages, and technical metadata where appropriate; exposing & documenting discrepancies and conflicts in data definitions where necessary.Reviewing data definitions with key business stakeholders and refining business / data definitions with input from various areas. Still under consideration on how this will be scoped and measured.Write SQL code or controls to assess the accuracy and completeness of the data migrated from legacy system to the new system.
