• Producing a cost management plan so as to manage the costs, and present to Investment Committee on time to cover costs that might be unplanned• Time management by managing resources through an updated schedule• Management of the project from a concept phase by producing project charter • Management of the project resources by producing a project stakeholder Matrix and keeping it up to date• Producing a project management plan on each and every project, the quality, risk and contracting strategies form part of the project management plan.• Presenting to the Task Order Committee and giving suggestions to the committee on contractor appointments.• Construction management plan for the appointed contractor and ensuring that the contractor adheres to Environmental Management Programe if available, and ensure that the safety file is approved and safety of all people on site during contraction.• Material Management• Presenting project post mortems and highlighting learning areas to the team.

Manage complex projects and contracts, Provide an adversary, mentorship and coaching service to project supervisors, engineers and senior technicians, Being a member of technical change forum and technical evaluation committees;Providing technical advice to management in terms of critical decision making and for difficult challenging network configuration ; Evaluating tenders and being accountable for the development and sign off of preliminary and detail control plant designs; Giving input into the the commercial process by developing contracting strategies and recommending suitable suppliers and contractors.
