I have worked in the customer service industry for 4 combined, being a call center agent at Digital planet and Webhelp. I have also worked as a content moderator later becoming a Quality Analyst for an international company based in Nairobi Kenya for 2 years. I have now merged into community health work, where I now work as a TB support officer, where I track and trace defaulters.With my experience I have gained skills such as data capturing, using different tools like google workspace, CRM, redcap and I have social skills, interpersonal skills, good communication skills.
