I am responsible for creating links between our school and other schools around the globe. I also manage visiting teachers and organisations.

Alumni relations, fundraising, database upkeep and communications are my key functions.I was also in charge of rolling out the new Maru-a-Pula School brand in 2012. -Building connections with alumni, organizing reunions and compiling alumni news for publications.-Writing fundraising proposals and letters, compiling donor reports and writing thank you.

-Assisted during P.E. classes and also worked one-on-one with children in Kindergarten-Taught as a substitute teacher on about 20 occasions, teaching children from the ages of 5-16. -Helped to organize and run school sports days at both the primary and secondary levels

-Contributed significantly to compiling a training manual for future academic assistants-Packaged shipments of university brochures to destinations around the world-Performed office tasks such as data entry and filing

-Worked for two consecutive summers in July 2007 and July 2008. -Was responsible for a groups of 13 international students, with ages ranging from 7-17 years old, for a period of six weeks.-Supervised and organized planned activities and counselor planned activities.-Coordinated transport and accommodation during field trips as an office assistant.-Liased.

-In charge of planning the annual pancake breakfast for 1300 new students-Organized the airport welcome service provided in the orientation-Planned and carried out volunteer training workshops-Portfolio also included answering questions via e-mail from incoming students regarding the orientation and the University
