• Implements plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases. • Documents performance to action plans and timelines for assigned sourcing projects. • Handles requests for information, quotations, proposals, and bidding processes. • Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives. • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships• Finalize details of orders and deliveries• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services• Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery and compliance to terms of contracts• Monitor stock levels and develop purchasing strategies that will result in minimum costs for the organization• Attend events, conferences and exhibitions to keep abreast of the market’s trends. • Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies.

- Ensure the Age Analysis and Cash Flow spread sheets are up to date with the all payments received up and until date and prospective payments- Collection target for the month was +- 65 million- Doing site visits to client`s accounts payable departments- Prepare debtors age analysis on a monthly basis and ensure that reasons and follow up actions are provided for all debtors over 60 days.- Payments are correctly allocated.- Card payments are allocated on SAP.- Payments are received timeously.- Outstanding accounts are managed effectively.- Debtor accounts are accurate and up-to-date.- Exposures completed for customers- Debtor’s statements printed and distributed correctly.- Debtors Master maintained- Audit Information provided and assistance given where required- Queries resolved
