I am a Credit Officer at Emirates NBD, one of the leading banks in the UAE. I joined the bank in February 2024, after graduating from the Higher Institute for Management and Information Technology with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems (BMIS) in May 2023.In my role, I use my technical understanding, skill development, and attention to detail to assess and approve loan applications for various clients, following the bank's policies and procedures. I also communicate and negotiate with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient loan process. I have successfully handled multiple loan cases, ranging from personal loans to business loans, with different amounts, terms, and risks.Before becoming a Credit Officer, I worked as a Telesales Executive at Migration Bureau Services for six months, where I sold immigration and visa services to potential customers over the phone. I developed my communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, as well as my knowledge of different countries and their immigration requirements. I also have 11 months of experience as an IT Support Specialist at Gold's Gym Egypt, where I provided technical support and troubleshooting for the gym's IT systems and equipment, such as computers, printers, scanners, and security cameras.I am passionate about learning new skills and enhancing my knowledge in the field of credit and finance. I also enjoy using data and technology to solve business problems and improve performance. My goal is to contribute to the success and growth of Emirates NBD by providing quality and efficient service to its customers.
