CurrentTo gain a better understanding of our control planes and customer data planes, integrated OpenTelemetry to collect traces, metrics, and logs from multiple control planes across cloud service providers.Created a metrics dashboard for different control plane components using Prometheus and Grafana. This provided our team with real-time visibility into system performance and allowed for data-driven decision-making.To broaden our reach, developed Striim solutions for marketplaces including Google Cloud Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and AWS Marketplace. This enabled prospects to purchase our solutions and create accounts in Striim SaaS with ease.Furthermore, ensured a consistent experience across various partner connect channels hosted by Databricks and Snowflake for trial customers. This resulted in a smooth onboarding process for our customers.To improve our internal processes, created an internal tool for configuring Striim's multiple solutions for deployment in a variety of environments. This tool also handled our SaaS release cycles, ensuring smooth and dependable deployments.Throughout my journey, collaborated with cross-functional teams from engineering, product, and operations. We worked together to accelerate the growth and adoption of Striim's SaaS offerings, transforming how customers interacted with our products.My early experience as an engineer in Striim's SaaS team helped shape the company's cloud strategy and drive its success.
