Grew the team to 85 Viroolians across our offices in SF, LA, Chicago, Toronto, NYC, London and St. Petersburg. Reinvented the way publishers monetized their sites with native video ads and at our peak we were serving over 3+ billion video impressions per month among top websites in the world. 
Partnered with amazing investors including YC, DFJ, Menlo, 500 Startups, which fueled our growth with $20+ million in funding to help further Virool’s mission of making ads human.  
During my tenure, I received a number of acquisition offers including $130M offer from Rubicon Project (https://bit.ly/2DKam4r), but eventually sold the company to Archer VC in October 2017, ad tech-focused private equity fund led by John Hadl (board member at ZEFR, GoPro, GumGum, Whisper, DataXu, BlueKai).The company won a number of accolades including: • Inc’s 500 Fastest Growing Companies• Forbes 30 Under 30• Chief Marketer’s Best Buzz Marketing Campaign• Digiday’s Best Video Distribution Platform• Digiday’s Best Social Video Advertising• The W3 Award for Best in Show• Havas Media’s Most Innovative Partner of the Yearamong many others.

Crelligence allows young talented filmmakers to get discovered by participating in video contests sponsored by companies, where they get compensated based on how viral their video becomes on the internet. The first video campaign, “Spread Me”, has accumulated over 2,000,000 million views worldwide as a result of one of the videos going viral and getting featured on both CBS’s “Smash Cuts” and Fuji TV.

As featured on CNN, Barrons, Forbes, The Kairos Society is the world’s largest student entrepreneurship organization with 1500 members from 25 universities (MIT, Harvard, Stanford, UPENN, London School of Economics among them). The Society connects students on the regional, national, and international levels, through frequent regional events and the once a year Kairos Summit held in New York City. The first inaugural summit in 2009 brought addresses from Bill Gates Sr, Honorable William J. Clinton, Joseph Plumeri (CEO of Willis Group), Naveen Jain, Ellen Kullman (CEO of DuPont), and more. In April 2010, the organization hosted its second annual summit, held on the New York Stock Exchange, the U.S.S. Intrepid and Majestic Yacht, where it brought together 150 business leaders with 500 Kairos students. The top 100 Kairos companies unveiled their businesses on the trading floor of NYSE. I have been involved with the company on two separate occasions, one working for Dakar Tech and the other working on SimIsland. At Dakar Tech, I worked closely with former executives of Apple, Intel and Atari on developing a new type of consumer electronics product. I observed the company's growth from 4 people to 40 in a period of 4 months. I was involved with corporate development and developed a patent tracking databaseAt SimIsland, I worked with a team on researching and modeling various elements of urban planning and design (i.e. alternative energy sources, cooling technologies, waste management, transit systems, etc.) for 30K-50K city to be built on an island.

Through my involvement with Student Government Association, I worked closely with 5 other students to initiate more than 20 projects during the year. The largest was the Upper Quad project (now known as the Barefoot Park), $450,000 development project that involved redevelopment of part of the campus, the largest student organized project in Babson’s history. With my team at Chamber of Commerce, I was also able to conceive and implement Entrepreneurship Resource Center, a place where students can receive help with starting a business, writing a business plan and running a venture.
