Between 2004 and 2024, I worked for TechHelp, Idaho's affiliate of the National Manufacturing Extension Partnership. TechHelp's manufacturing specialists help Idaho manufacturers, processors, inventors, and entrepreneurs enhance global competitiveness through continuous product and process innovation. As a partnership of Idaho's three state universities, TechHelp hired university students and utilized other university resources to meet the needs of Idaho manufacturers. I worked with the Idaho District Export Council to recruit and mentor Boise State International Business Students to support Idaho's ExporTech Program, which helps Idaho manufacturers accelerate exports. In addition, I had the opportunity to teach International Management at the College of Business & Economics.
