I worked for Stride and Associates as a Technical Recruiter, Senior Counselor, Practice Manager and Division Manager. All of my staffing and recruiting experience has been focused in all areas of Information Technology and Software Development. I recruited and managed teams that specialized in networking, Java and J2EE Development and C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET technologies. Over the years I have worked with and placed candidates in every imaginable industry and technology. While working for Stride and Associates I was able to begin my career in New York and relocated to Chicago, Washington DC and Newport Beach, CA throughout my career with the company. In 1998 I was an individual recruiter and sales professional and worked my way to manage teams and agencies.
