- Dealing with Computer Hardware, Printers, and Networks.- Closely work with Active Directory and Hik-Vision Security Solution. - Working closely with Systems/Network troubleshooting.- Creating an inventory of all Hardware components of the office. - Communication with procurement/vendors for purchasing new equipment.- Creating IT policies/ Providing ACL to employees. - Dealing with Mikrotik routers, PABX, Grandstream, Planet, and Digicom.- Closely work at different Data Centers(Ncell, Data Hub, Cloud Himalaya) - Configuration of different servers.

- Configure ONT /ONU for IPTV and Internet- Configure wireless setting. - Create and configure VLAN.- Monitor fiber optical powers - Operate OLT(Nokia, ZTE, Raisecom) De-register and Register ONT/ONU - Configuring SOHO routers (Mikrotik, TP-link, Netis, Lb-link, ASUS, MI, Tenda, Belkin, D-link, etc )- Conversation with the Client in a call to solve the problem (slow internet, No internet)- Taking Remote Access from Non-technical clients.

- Basic computer operating mainly typing, networking, and data entry. - Basic computer hardware upgrading, OS formatting, Software installing. - Dealing with Hik-Vision Security Solutions.
