As a workforce development leader with over 30 years of experience, I am passionate about helping people improve their leadership and technical skills to enhance their employability and drive business results. I have a collaborative attitude and believe that all members of the team must be heard to move a team toward common goals.I am also experienced and certified in a variety of database, instructional design, and office productivity applications, such as Crystal Reports, MySQL, Camtasia, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. I use these tools to create and deliver engaging and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse learners and clients. I have presented at various state and national conferences on topics such as online learning, data visualization, and workforce development. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Organization Development and Change at Bowling Green State University, where I am learning how to facilitate organizational change and innovation.In addition to my professional role as a former Vice President of Workforce Development at Cherry Street Mission Ministries, where I oversaw the training and placement of many individuals in various industries, I am also a youth mentor at Epworth United Methodist Church, where I provide leadership and guidance for the teen ministry area. I enjoy working with young people and helping them discover their potential and purpose. I am motivated by my faith and values, and I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
