I handle mainly support queues, handling tickets that have either been escalated or came through in a way other than chat/phone (handled by another department). I have access to thousands of servers and use this access to correct things when customers are having problems using them. I handled software quality assurance for the program TalentHook and InsuraSeek. My primary role was to locate and isolate bugs and problems with the software and write detailed reports to the developers. This mostly consisted of manual and regression testing.I also on some occasions assisted with support calls to assist with the support manager when things got busy, and also used my Linux experiences to assist with creating a few extra services for the company.

They eventually forced my to reclassify my job to a Wheeled Mechanic (91B). In September of 2010 I deployed to Iraq to support OIF/OND until September of 2011. My basic job was being stationed on Camp Liberty/Victory assisting in providing security for the entire base. Show less
