We wanted to make and sell food, particularly tamales, corn cups (elotes), smoothies and elixirs, but because of restrictions we could not. Instead we brought all our art crafts, teas, jewelry and flower bouquets to market. We have had to cancel 3 times due to my health problems and the risks of being out in less than perfect conditions, but we just keep on trying our best to show our faces and bring a positive presence to society as it transforms.
