Kimberly Munoz has worked in the Education field for 26 years in various teaching and administrative roles. As a teacher she has loved serving students in a Title 1 school district and fostering relationships with students through Project Based Learning. Content development, with engaging technology tools, became a passion for Kim as she was seeing the creative products her students produced. She shares her passion through conference presentations and conducting educational webinars with SimpleK12 to educators all over the world so that others can benefit from her trial and error. As a TAP Mentor Teacher, she worked in an administrative role while still teaching full time. She would conduct formal observations on teachers, she mentored, to help them grow professionally based on the model's rubric containing four elements to success. Kim also served on the campus Leadership Team where the focus was to analyze student and teacher data to develop professional development to improve performance.She served as an Instructional Technologist for Franklin ISD for 3 years, where her role was to aid teachers in their use of technology in the classroom to master student objectives. She researched, designed and modeled instructional technology for teachers.
