I am currently leading a team of 20 local experts and am responsible for defining the strategy for the team and ensuring its successful implementation through the use of best practices, tools, and solutions. My duties include leading the team in the areas of quotations, pre-sales, and defenses, as well as overseeing research and development initiatives. I am also responsible for building and maintaining technical partnerships with digital solutions providers. My ultimate goal is to ensure that the team meets its objectives and delivers exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, I manage the team's HR needs, including defining career paths for team members.

I led the front-end practice inside the technical team. I provided expertise into front-end technologies and helped with the quotation and pre-sale process. I also helped to hire and onboard new developers, and developed proof of concept in R&D context. I handled the career path of front-end developers and helped them to progress in their roles.

In charge of the Front-end Module in CREA's Bachelor as Web and App development.I built the 3 years teaching program, chose lecturer and create synergies between different module. Elaborate exams and tests, assess students.I am also lecturer for Front-end lessons and mentoring students during workshops.
