Managing staff diaries booking daily work for three Cavity Wall and Loft insulation surveyors ensuring they had 10 appointments a day. Ensuring that the surveyors work was sent out in enough time for them to receive it. Ringing customers to ensure their properties where suitable for cavity wall or loft insulation, if the customer was I would ask them a few questions to ensure that it was exactly something they was illegible for. Working closely to other companies such as Scottish Power, EDF Energy, Eon and others. I also answered the telephone to customers with queries and complaints and dealt with them quickly and efficiently.Accurately recorded information on a database and booked surveys and any notes if customer had queries.Managed logistics to ensure there was no more than 30 minutes’ drive between jobs.

Working as an Estimator’s Assistant making sure that tender enquiries where sent out to subcontractors on time with correct information needed, once they have been sent out i then rung round the subcontractors to make sure they have received their tender enquiries and check if they would be pricing. I worked on Conquest most of the working day to do a majority of things such as Generating letters, updating the tracking list, inputting quotation figures, importing bills, and keeping the subcontractor database up to date.When new projects came in I checked we had received all relevant information and drawings and logged them accurately into the database.I covered some secretary duties, reception switchboard, meet and greet new clients and printing drawings alongside O&M manuals. I also did general office duties, checking in and outgoing post, general typing, booking meeting rooms and serving lunch for meetings.

I joined Operon as an Office Junior but moved position to be a Project Administrator. I was responsible for the smooth running of day to day basis, which included general office duties, dealing with all incoming and outgoing post and emails. I also dealt with purchase orders, invoices, and drawings and booking flights, hotels and car hire. Our team dealt intently with the Project Managers to ensure all project administrative demands was met effectively and fluently with few complications.
