It Support Technician
CurrentBased in the Miniclip UK office, my core responsibilities include:Researching and identifying solutions to software, hardware and networking issues.Documenting technical knowledge and implemented solutions in the form of technical notes and manuals.Installing computers on multiple OS (MacOS and Windows).Leading and supporting the roll-out of new projects.Maintaining the existing IT infrastructure and the commonly used applications (local and cloud).Assistng users with troubleshooting of computer related issues via e-mail, phone, chat remotely or in presence to all offices.Ensuring all issues are properly logged by using Miniclip’s internal ticketing system.Maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software and resources.Working closely with the existing team members to support the portfolio of solutions in place and implementing new solutions where applicable.
