While working with CSAT I was responsible for all IT infrastructure including security, compute, storage, LAN, WAN and all associated support teams. I worked on infrastructure initiatives for significant growth and expansion of into multiple new locations in the US. I lead the decision analysis process for the redesign and implementation of true multisite failover and disaster recovery and business continuity systems, while spearheading efforts to align corporate risk tolerances with industry security standards and client mandates.

Lopez Negrete Communications is an independent, full-service agency headquartered in Houston, Texas, with offices in Los Angeles, New York and Mexico City. Clients have included Wal-Mart, Tyson Foods, Bank of America, Microsoft Corporation, Kraft, MillerCoors, NBC Universal Motion Pictures Group, Azteca Milling L.P., Sonic Drive-Ins, Reliant Energy, Verizon, McDonald's and others. Projects managed and completed to date include Information Security Network/Host intrusion detection system installation/configuration/monitoring. Video over IP broadcast systems design with multi channel audio and full motion HD video streams and live multi camera switching, Fiber and ISCSI SAN, DFS, Veeam, Video/Audio production and post production studio design and implementation with Apple FCP, Adobe Premier and XSAN, Across Translation System, Sharepoint, Alfresco, IPswitch, Lync, Digital Asset Management system development, Exchange migrations, Force 10, Cisco, Ubiquity, and Dell Kbox Systems Management implementation.

As the IT Manager for Decision Strategies I worked with a geographically dispersed workforce to support an implement projects that resulted in significant savings as well as increased functionality. Working at DSI provided me the opportunity to attend the Integrated Decision Management training program and become accustomed to methodologies used to guide corporate giants like Shell Oil, Chevron and others to increased profitability and smarter capital investment and apply them to technology investment and infrastructure projects within the organization.

As a solutions architect and consultant with Round Rock Solutions my responsibility was to serve as a knowledgeable expert and trusted adviser to our portfolio of clients. This position afforded me the opportunity to frequently engage a wide variety of solutions providers and outline project requirements for proposals across a diverse spectrum of hardware and software. The pace and depth of work in this position provided me a foundation of knowledge and experience that benefits me to this day. Working with Round Rock Solutions was a wonderful experience.

• Responsible for end user issue resolution for Unix, AS/400 and Mainframe systems.• Worked on the pilot support team for BankOne and JPMorgan Chase systems integration.• Documented and developed remedies for issues during bank mergers.• Trained additional support personnel and contributed documentation for process improvement and increased service levels.

• I served a principle role as support team member for the Retail Division migration of 200 plus stores. • Authored the initial PHP/MySQL based site tracking system for the support team. • Authored the ConocoPhillips Retail Support procedures for troubleshooting VPN connections and pinpointing point of failure.• Served as the principle point of escalation for migration related issues for field technicians as well for the support team.

Worked along side key personnel in the deployment and adoption of Shell's global Windows 2000 roll out. Responsible for managing and training of team members as well as managing conversions in sensitive operations areas such as the Pipeline control center.

At Century 21 MoneyWorld I was responsible for all day to day IT operations, including help desk, project management and engineering. Projects included Windows 2000 roll out, multi-site ipsec connectivity, paperless document management implementation among others.
