I am President of a volunteer organization that annually runs a technology conference on a cruise ship.In the past, we had 350 attendees at the first, 400 at the last (January, 2012) and we currently have more than 200 registered for the next technology conference cruise with nine months to go.Our cruise rates are always highly discounted and our conferences are always highly rated by our attendees.For example, our cruise cost for 9 days/8 nights on Royal Caribbean's 5-Star Independence of the Seas for December 7-15, 2013 is currently less than $600/person if you apply our current $55/person early-bird refund to the cruise fare.
