Responsible for the “Next Generation” Server Blade technology. Developed partnership and strategy to allow low cost blades to out-perform Dell’s high end rack-mount server technology giving RLX a massive competitive edge over their major competition. Assumed the additional responsibility for all Firmware Development during a executive management transition. Designed and implemented the first blade backplane communication system for managing 256 server blades simultaneously.

Responsible for design and development of a custom, re-brandable web browser with integrated text, voice and video messaging. Product was adopted by Ameriprise and other distributed networking companies. System became a template for the development of Skype and other voice and video internet communication products.
