I am honored and blessed to lead the technical initiatives of Grapevine Faith Christian School. Our mission is to develop and graduate authentic Christian leaders. Customer service drives our IT organization across 3 schools and two campuses. In collaboration with school leaders, mission focused vendors and our wonderful families, we deliver high availability technology that elevates the education experience. We take great pride in professional development by mentoring and developing our high performing IT team, which is vital to our mission. Our CHARACTER influences our PROCESS and our process is responsible for our RESULTS! C>P>RPrior to joining the Grapevine Faith Family I served as the IT & Facilities Operations Director for the MetroTex Association of REALTORS. I led the IT and Facility initiatives of the fifth largest REALTOR association in the US, serving over 28,000 members across 6 locations. I managed a team of IT professionals and high performing vendors overseeing the infrastructure, security, cloud systems, communication systems and network administration of the organization. In 2018 I added supervision of the facilities operations, including maintenance, repairs, contracts, and vendor relations to my core functions. While at MetroTex and through three mergers, I was responsible for developing and implementing IT and facility strategies, policies, and budgets; aligning them with the organization's goals and vision and ensuring staff and vendors executed our vision at a high level. I leveraged my coaching and mentoring skills to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among my teams and stakeholders.With over two decades of experience in the IT field, I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, optimizing processes, and enhancing user satisfaction. I am passionate about leveraging technology to create value and increase effectiveness in my organizations and the community. Always eager to learn new skills, explore new challenges, and collaborate with diverse and talented professionals.
