As the Director of Risk Management Strategy and Quality Assurance within the Technical and Operational Risk Management organization within PNC, I am responsible for the management of the Risk Strategy team and the Quality Assurance Team, providing guidance and strategy for the first line of defense risk function at PNC, interfacing with the 2nd and 3rd lines of defense, and providing assurance that our controls are operating effectively. As the Business Information Security Manager at PNC I am responsible for the management of the Business Information Security Officer (BISO) team and the Customer Security Assurance team, interfacing with the internal line of business technology teams and our external clients to provide both control expectations internally and controls assurance externally.
