Jay's strong belief in continued education has led to Certifications from AT&T, ShoreTel, Cisco, and many others. Jay is a certified VoIP system designer with 8 years of experience working with VoIP for business and government. Jay has extensive system design and consulting experience with IT projects of all kinds – including server virtualization, application customization, network infrastructure, wireless networking, and unified communications.
